CORE AERATION AND OVERSEEDING
Even a healthy-looking lawn can benefit greatly from an annual treatment of core aeration and over-seeding. The process of aeration involves removing small plugs of soil and thatch - about 12 plugs per square foot - to allow for deep penetration of nutrients and water. The plugs then decompose on the surface of the lawn; the microorganisms they contain help breakdown thatch tissue. Core aeration is the best way to reduce thatch build-up and create a deep, thick, web-like root system for a greener, healthier lawn. Overseeding will fill-in the bare spots and help build a thicker lawn faster. The new seed quickly takes root in the freshly aerated lawn and even provides new life to existing grass. For maximum effectiveness we recommend one application every three years for full seeding and one application per year for spot seeding. We recommend this treatment sometime between late Summer and early winter. FLEA & TICK CONTROL PROGRAM The best way to prevent fleas and ticks is not to treat your pet but to treat your lawn. Using anywhere from 1 to 3 applications per season, HappyLawn'sTM Flea and Tick Control Program will keep you, your pets, and your children safe from not only fleas and run-of-the-mill ticks but deer ticks, which means defense against Lyme Disease. The only thing that may please you more than such complete protection is the affordable price of our service. For maximum effectiveness we recommend three applications per year. Once the infestation level is more than 10 per sq. foot, they can destroy your lawn in only a few weeks. Grubs, the most common of these villains, are the larvae of various beetles present during the summer. The grubs eventually mature into adult beetles and the cycle begins over again. By applying our Guaranteed Grub Preventative, we can stop grubs from turning your lawn into a buffet. To sign up for HappyLawnTM Guaranteed Grub Preventative services, click here. TOTAL MOLE CONTROL Moles are small, yet destructive mammals that will tunnel through your lawn hunting for insects to feed upon (and consequently destroy your turf). Grubs, earthworms and also the roots of your lawn are prime food sources and moles will continue to dig and destroy until they find what they are hunting for. As moles are sub-surface dwellers, they are very difficult to locate and remove. Our HappyLawn Total Mole Control program is a safe and effective way of removing moles from your lawn. Our cutting-edge 3 step program is just what the doctor ordered to take care of your mole problem today! To sign up for HappyLawnTM Total Mole Control services, click here. COMPLETE LAWN SECURITY Moles love to eat juicy, fat grubs. So, if you've got grubs, you run a high risk of having a mole problem as well. But as moles will feed off of other insects and the roots of your lawn as well, getting rid of grubs will not solve your mole problem. By using dedicated products to address both of these potentially devastating lawn invaders, Happylawn can provide your lawn with complete security.
